We also begin early design discussions here including colors, inspiration boards, décor ideas, so that every choice is intentional and cohesive. This step turns your general vision into a concrete, organized plan, setting the foundation for a calm and joyful planning experience.

Here’s where we coordinate vendors, finalize layouts, and refine your design concept. Every detail- from florals and lighting to timelines and décor- is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive, stunning day.

How far out do we need to book?
We recommend booking at least a year out to secure your date and begin planning with ease. That said, we often take on weddings with shorter timelines if our calendar allows, so don’t hesitate to ask!
Do you Travel?
Absolutely. Although we’re based in Charlotte, our team regularly travels for weddings across the region and for destination events. If you love our work, we’ll meet you wherever your celebration takes you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do offer payment plans. We’re happy to break your total into manageable installments that fit your planning timeline.
Do you work with specific vendors?
We don’t require you to use any particular vendors, but we do share a trusted list of professionals we love working with. These are teams who consistently deliver exceptional service and help create a smooth, stress-free wedding day.
What is the difference between fullplanning and wedding coordination?
Full planning includes comprehensive support from the day you book- design, logistics, timeline development, vendor management, and more. Month-of coordination begins 6–8 weeks before the wedding and focuses on finalizing details and managing the wedding day.
How many hours of onsite management do you provide?
For your wedding day, we typically provide up to 12 hours of onsite coordination as part of any planning package. This allows us to be present making sure the day runs smoothly.
