I’m Amy, the planner behind White Rose Co. With over a decade in high-end hospitality and five years running my own planning company, my work is rooted in exceptional service, calm communication, and a genuine commitment to going the extra mile.
I truly love what I do. Helping couples create and enjoy their most meaningful moments is something I’m grateful for every single day.
My approach is modern, warm, and deeply organized, shaped by an MBA and years spent working onboard mega yachts and on private estates in the Hamptons, planning celebrations for extraordinarily discerning clients. I also studied wine and fine hospitality, which taught me that true luxury lives in thoughtfulness, ease, and impeccable care behind the scenes.
White Rose Co. was born from a desire to bring that level of intention and calm to weddings- creating experiences that feel effortless, elevated, and deeply personal.
Kat Hands is originally from New York with a background in marketing and theater. She made the move to Charlotte where she worked as the Director of Marketing within the luxury publication industry. This is where she realized her love for bringing people together, partnering with clients to understand their vision and then planning experiences that are unforgettable!

With a background in the nonprofit world and years of wedding planning experience since 2018, she brings both care and organization to every event. Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, Emilie is passionate about turning her clients’ dreams into beautifully seamless wedding days.
